PSE to fine Lopez, Yap, Willy Keng, Gimenez for not submitting quarterly report

The Philippine Stock Exchange has penalized four listed companies for failing to submit their second quarterly report.

The four firms are Lopez Holdings Corp. of the Lopez family, Manila Bulletin Publishing Corp. of the Yap family, Century Peak Holdings Corp. of Wilfredo Keng, and Kepwealth Property Philippines Inc. led by Ignacio B. Gimenez of the SOGO motel group.

PSE denied the four firms request to allow them to submit their financial report beyond the extended deadline of August 19, 2020.

Trading on Lopez Inc. has been suspended since August 20. Its sister firms – ABS-CBN Corp. and ABS-CBN Holdings were able to submit their respective reports before the deadline.
